TravelSky is a leading air transport, IT, and tourism service provider in China. TravelSky provides business travel solutions for corporate customers, travel management companies (TMCs), and other distribution channels. Currently, more than 200 TMCs use TravelSky to serve over 50K companies. TravelSky provides access to China’s largest Billing and Settlement Plan data processing center and is the only GDS licensed in China to make reservations for China airlines, providing travel agencies with global connectivity.

With a SAP Concur and TravelSky connection, customers can create a one-stop travel solution for business travel in China, including booking, request/approval, reimbursement, and reporting.

BlueSky, TravelSky’s online booking tool, offers customers access to airline (domestic and international) and hotel bookings (with 400K domestic and 100K international hotels in inventory). With a BlueSky integration with Concur TripLink, companies with business travel in China may book travel via BlueSky, and those bookings automatically sync with their SAP Concur solution. This integration allows organizations to access expansive booking options in China, without increasing risks of non-compliance, invisible spend, and lost oversight of their travel programs.

To begin, your Travel Admin must confirm if your TMC uses TravelSky. Then, click ‘Request information’ on this page to fill out an inquiry form. Implementation services are required from both your TMC and SAP Concur. Once connected, travelers may submit trip approvals from SAP Concur and the approval syncs with BlueSky. Travelers then can book flights and hotels via their TMC through the BlueSky platform. BlueSky sends the trip data to SAP Concur allowing employees to submit expense reports.

For more info, consult your TMC to confirm they use BlueSky. Currently supported TMCs include DTG Corporate Travel, American Express Global Business Travel, BCD Travel and FCM Travel, but others may be set up upon request.
