Each receipt is recognized, processed in an OCR, and loaded into Concur Expense. This greatly reduces time scanning or photographing receipts individually and allows employees to concentrate on their primary duties, helping them be more productive and making the expense reimbursement process more efficient. The application also simplifies smart device management and decreases security risks by combining device management with the personal authentication system of multi-function devices using IC cards. Ricoh additionally helps comply with the Electronic Bookkeeping Law, easing the burden of storing, transporting, and managing original copies of receipts, and supports customers in their efforts to reform the way they work.
