In his role, Alexander is responsible for SAP Concur sales in Austria. Through his previous employers such as Expedia, HRS, Egencia, Marriott and Kempinski, he can share and advise many "best practices" in the area of Travel & Expense with our customers and prospects. Travelling and meeting people are his passion.
As Director Solution Consultant at Concur, Andreas Klein leads the presales team in the DACH region. In this sales support role, he is the point of contact for customers in the area of "Travel & Expense" but also Duty-of-Care. Prior to Concur, Andreas Klein was responsible for the Solution Consultants division at SuccessFactors for several years. 
Andreas is currently leading the SAP Concur Customer Success team for MEE. Before joining Concur Andreas was Senior Travel & Meeting Services Manager in leading professional services firms ( EY, BearingPoint ) as part of their procurement department. He was contributing to the globalization of the Travel & Meeting Management landscape .
Anton Novac has more than 13 years of relevant IT and industry experience as a travel management expert and has supported international clients in global roll-out projects in over 30 countries. He supports his clients in the areas of SAP Concur Travel Management, HR/IT strategy, technology and architecture consulting. Since 2018, he has been working as a Managing Consultant at projekt0708 GmbH.
Since Bodo Gerrits joined Concur 6 years ago, he has consulted with many large organizations on their journey to a digital travel and expense system using Concur to streamline processes and demonstrate value of it. Prior to that, he spent many years in the IT industry at IBM and Oracle as a product expert and consultant, helping multinational companies select and implement various software products.
Bernd is leading the SAP Concur Cloud Channel Sales teams in the MEE region. In his role he is responsible for all partner activities in his region, focusing on joint customer support, sales and further enhancements of the SAP Concur product with partners and their solutions. Prior to this Bernd lead the i:FAO AG as CEO where Bernd took over from the founder and started the successful pre-integration project with Amadeus Group and implemented a new leadership culture and structures within the company. He advanced the development of the cytric tool both in the past as customer at Siemens but also in his leading role at i:FAO. Prior to joining i:FAO in 2017, Bernd was General Manager for Amadeus Germany, with responsibility for Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Before moving over to Amadeus in 2012, Bernd was Head of Global Travel Management for Siemens, a role he took in 2008, after being the company’s Global Travel Procurement Manager for 8 years. Before Siemens, Bernd spent more than 11 years in the DER Group, the last of which was as President of DERTravel in Canada. In his role as Member of the Board at VDR until 2019 Bernd advocated on industry matters in Berlin. As a Member of the GBTA European Advisory Board he is supporting the development of GBTA into a true Global Association with a strong voice for Europe. When not working, he spends his time mountain biking, cooking with family, riding his motorcycle, and flying as a private pilot. Carla started her career at TUI Germany in flight revenue management and later as assistant to the management. When she moved to Infineon in 2014, she started looking for the right global End2End travel management system. After choosing Concur, Carla spent several years as project manager for the international Concur roll out. In 2020, she took over the overall management of Mobility Service Management and is currently responsible for German fleet management and global travel management.

After completing his training as an IT specialist, Henric joined ATOSS Software AG as a Consultant & Pre-Sales. Janina Späth has been responsible for the CEE region, specifically Poland and the Czech Republic, as Solution Sales Executive since June 2021. It is particularly interesting to establish Concur as the SAP solution for travel and expenses in these markets
After more than a decade as an international consultant at Atos, Lothar moved to Infineon in 2005. There he was part of the global IT team responsible for different areas in Supply Chain Management. In the Enterprise Architect phase, he designed a global, harmonized and highly integrated end-to-end solution in T&E with Concur as a one-stop-shop for the employee. Marc Langer has been working in sales for SAP Concur solutions in the Enterprise division since March 2012. Marvin Enzner joined HR Campus, a family-run SAP consultancy in the Zurich area, as Sales Manager in February 2021. His main area of responsibility is the initial contact and support of customers in the Travel & Expense sector, as well as those who want to become one. Previously, Marvin worked as a consultant in the insurance sector.
Mehmet's passion in his role as Vice President and Head of Concur Services in the Middle and Eastern Europe (MEE) region is, together with his team of experienced consultants and project managers, to provide his customers with a very high level of quality and positive customer experience during the implementation and project phase as well as after the successful go live with expertise and care services such as select care. Mehmet has more than 24 years of professional experience in the services and consulting business. Before joining SAP, he held various consulting and management positions for 18 years with an international IT group. As he had to cut down on his sporting activities in his free time due to his "life experience" of 100 semesters, he now spends as much of his free time as possible with his eight-year-old daughter, but why he now has to do more sport again to keep up with her.
Petra Jähnke has worked at Schenck Process since December 2013. For the first five years, she was Executive Assistant to the CFO of the Schenck Process Group and his areas of responsibility, before taking on the role of Global Project Manager IT in May 2020. Her first global project in IT was the implementation of SAP Concur, which Petra is still involved in today. She enjoys working in a team and keeps a cool head even on stressful days in order to work in a results-oriented manner.
Ramona Gamm has enriched the SAP-Concur team for 7 years and in her current position as Senior Product Marketing Manager she sometimes accompanies the introduction of new SAP-Concur products in the MEE markets.

Thomas has been working in Novartis since 2011. In his latest role as Director, Finance and Procurement Projects he is responsible for the deployment of the Finance and Procurement project portfolio. During the Concur implementation, Thomas was accountable as Global IT Project Manager for the set-up and roll-out of Concur to 62 countries in less than 3 years. Thomas holds a diploma in Business Administration from the University of Passau, Germany.
Thorsten Spengler has been part of the rocon team since 2008 and is one of the CIP partner's leading SAP Concur experts. With more than seven years of experience in international implementation projects, he accompanies companies in the digital transformation of processes in travel cost and expense management as a reliable consultant.
Tilo Graubach worked in the business travel industry for a long time. Since joining SAP Concur almost 4 years ago, he has been advising companies on digitization issues and showing the added value that SAP Concur solutions offer at this point.

Vladislav Poletaev is the IT Strategic Business Partner of Novartis with responsibility for technology advisory and overall accountability for end-to-end delivery of IT solutions towards the business in Source to Pay area of Finance. Vladislav joined Novartis in July 2008 after more than 6 years of experience in financial systems development for telecom area. During the past 14 years in Novartis he led various regional and global IT initiatives for Marketing, Sales and Finance functions on more than 60 markets.
As a Customer Success Partner, Lars is responsible for the success of our customers based in Switzerland. With his travel industry background (Expediagroup), Lars has been supporting companies in optimizing their T&E processes since early 2022. Most of his free time Lars likes to spend on city trips and with his dog.
Marcel has been with SAP Concur since 2018 and successfully works as a Customer Success Partner for existing customers. Since 2022, Marcel has been in charge of the DMI area and is therefore responsible for customers in manufacturing. Outside of Concur, Marcel is also passionate about travel and is always on the lookout for the perfect beach. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends.

After a long music career as a classical pianist, Constance decided in 2018 to broaden her repertoire & stage and to merge into the world of IT. Having started as an intern in the Global Business Development area enabled her to uncover at the interface between Business Strategy and Sales Management her passion for working closely with customers, partners and thereby thriving successful business outcomes. Therefore, she went through the Sales Academy in 2019, after which she started the following year as a Solution Sales in Platform & Technologies in Germany, covering the Insurance industry. As Constance quickly adopted a high interest in the Cloud solutions and recognized its impact on SAP’s going forward strategy , she decided to continue her path at SAP Concur Germany, where she was responsible in 2021 for the whole Financial Services Industry, covering strategic accounts like Munich Re, Allianz & Commerzbank. Today, Constance moved within SAP Concur to Switzerland in order to rebuilt and develop the French-speaking part of the country, the “Romandie”, as she has a personal bilingual French-German background. But the music has never disappeared – moreover, she combines her passion for music with her Sales career and engages with her colleagues, partners & customers in her unique way.
