1.How much does it cost?

The Uber for Business integration is free for SAP Concur customers.

2. How is this different from the Uber user integration?

The Uber for Business + SAP Concur integration enables automatic, organization-wide receipt forwarding, eliminating the need for employees to connect individual SAP Concur accounts to personal Uber accounts. Admins get a dashboard for enhanced visibility into transport spend and organizational trips.

3. Why should I use Uber for Business if some employees already use the Uber + Concur Expense integration?

With Uber for Business, organizations can get increased insights on employee travel spend. By integrating with SAP Concur, an organization’s employee roster can be updated automatically within Uber for Business provisioning.

4. Are self-serve organizations supported?

Self-serve users must create an Uber for Business account via SAP Concur by clicking “Connect” on this page and following additional steps. This integrates roster sync and receipt forwarding.

5. Is centralized and decentralized billing supported?

• Centralized accounts bill to a single form of payment. Decentralized accounts allow each employee to use their own form of payment.
• Receipt forwarding to Concur Expense works with decentralized Uber for Business accounts only. To enable this, connect your Uber for Business account via the “Connect” button for decentralized billing and integration eligibility.
• To switch an existing Uber for Business centralized billing account to the expense integration: 1) Unlink the current centralized billing account. 2) Create a new Uber for Business account via the “Connect” button on this page. 3) Delete the original centralized Uber for Business account.
