SAP E-Mobility is a solution that helps companies to operate electric-vehicle (EV) charging infrastructures at scale to drive the transition to sustainable and convenient electric mobility. It enables companies to become charge point operators and interact along the mobility value chain in the cloud, connecting business partners and stakeholders to support collaborative business models and processes. Companies can build, run, and monitor their own EV charging networks from end-to-end on one platform without the need to outsource this service to a costly service provider.
Reimbursing Charging Costs
You can reimburse your employees for the costs of charging their vehicles at home. The charging costs are calculated in SAP E-Mobility. After that, an expense item including the e-receipt with charging costs is created in Concur Expense.
Prerequisites
To be able to reimburse your employees' charging costs, you need to establish a connection to SAP Concur, define your reimbursement rates, and maintain your employees' entitlements. To connect your SAP E-Mobility account to Concur Expense, click the “Connect” button in the top right of this page. Or, learn more using the links below.
Reimbursement
After you've connected SAP E-Mobility to SAP Concur, your employees can charge their vehicles at home. SAP E-Mobility calculates the costs based on the price per kWh you entered. The amount is then sent to SAP Concur as an expense item with an associated e-receipt. After submitting the expense, your employees will be reimbursed.
