Crisis24 delivers a single platform that integrates Concur Travel and Concur TripLink data with Crisis24’s intelligence to give you a view into the incidents occurring worldwide, the severity of those incidents, and the people who could be affected.
A vital component of a travel risk management, integrated risk management, or business continuity approach, the Crisis24 platform enables a proactive stance that assists companies in delivering duty of care while mitigating operations and individual risk.
The Crisis24 platform includes:
• An at-a-glance dashboard that shows threat alerts and a count of people exposed to each threat.
• An interactive world map that provides an immediate and clear picture of travelers worldwide in relation to threats and risks. The world map also identifies crisis signals and safety check-ins sent from travelers. You can draw a polygon on the map to automatically generate a list of all people within a vicinity and then initiate communication directly to those individuals. The world map features multiple layers of threat information to help you better understand threat exposures, including layers to identify alert severity, incident reports, and geospatial threat zones (areas of higher risk).
• Travelers who use the Crisis24 mobile app can activate a crisis signal (panic button) or check-in to confirm their safety. Traveler status is viewable on the Crisis24 dashboard which can be accessed from any computer or mobile device.
With the Crisis24 platform, you can immediately access intelligence on a specific location, see location-specific alerts, read destination intelligence and get security ratings for countries and cities around the world. The platform allows you to drill down into individual people’s itineraries so you can quickly assess a threat’s potential impact on travel plans and traveler location. Crisis24 also includes optional services such as a two-way communications module, a sites module that enables alerting for and insight into the threats that may impact a business location, an emergency hotline number, and services for life safety verification.
